Before contacting support, collect:
- the page, launcher entry, or workflow step where the issue happened
- a screenshot or exact error text
- the browser or operating system version
- any steps to reproduce the issue
Contact:
For the web app, also include:
- whether the issue happened in Projects, Demo Projects, Billing, Profile, or a workflow step
- the affected project name if known
- whether the issue is about access, subscription state, optional MFA, or Stripe checkout
- the browser name and version
If the issue is related to account access, billing, MFA, or Stripe checkout, include that explicitly in the message.
