Contact Support

Before contacting support, collect:

  • the page, launcher entry, or workflow step where the issue happened
  • a screenshot or exact error text
  • the browser or operating system version
  • any steps to reproduce the issue

Contact:

For the web app, also include:

  • whether the issue happened in Projects, Demo Projects, Billing, Profile, or a workflow step
  • the affected project name if known
  • whether the issue is about access, subscription state, optional MFA, or Stripe checkout
  • the browser name and version

If the issue is related to account access, billing, MFA, or Stripe checkout, include that explicitly in the message.
